15 Day Escorted Program from 30 August to 13 September 2017
As the traditional home of Wagyu cattle, Japan is a country of spectacular natural beauty with gentle rural landscapes contrasting with modern, vibrant cities. Japan’s agriculture is steeped in tradition, however in many instances has adapted to modern production and management techniques.
Join fellow Australian Wagyu breeders to travel to Japan to experience first-hand the operation, management and development of the Japanese beef industry and consider opportunities for Australian producers.
The program is based around the National Wagyu Show near Sendai but also includes the dramatically different northern island of Hokkaido to meet with major Wagyu breeders.

Please note this Trade Mission is conducted by the Australian Wagyu Association. Numbers are restricted due to international flights and accommodation demands in Sendai, therefore the booking and deposit deadline must be strictly adhered to. Participation is on a first come first served basis, however a waiting list will be established for those who miss out.
