Follow these steps to submit your carcase data to the AWA
Breeders that wish to supply carcase data for analysis in Wagyu BREEDPLAN are required to:
Register the slaughter animal
in the Wagyu Slaughter Register.
Supply a hair sample for storage or provide access to DNA to enable AWA to conduct DNA genotyping and parent verification if required.
Complete the
carcase data submission form
and
email it to the AWA office
.
Either:
Supply the AWA with – the original carcase feedback data from the processor or;
Supply the AWA with – a signed
Statutory Declaration
(PDF – 139 kb)
confirming the correctness of the carcase data
